Judgment Collection

$399 one-time

Best when you already won but they still won't pay.

  • We prepare, file, and serve your state-specific enforcement paperwork — wage garnishment, bank levy, property liens, or a debtor's asset exam
  • You sign once where the court requires the creditor's signature; we handle the filing and the process server
  • You keep 100% of what you collect — we never take a percentage
  • Collection firms take 33–50%; on a $4,000 judgment that's $1,300–$2,000
Collect your judgment

Want to try a letter first and file only if they still don't pay? Many people start with a demand letter ($149) and add full filing ($299) later — each is billed separately, only when you need it.

Court & sheriff costs are paid separately (not to us)

When you file a case or enforce a judgment, the court and the sheriff/process server bill you directly. These are never part of our flat service fee, and we don't collect them:

  • 1 Court filing fee — typically $30–$100, depending on your state and claim amount. Paid directly to the court.
  • 2 Process server / sheriff fee — typically $40–$100, depending on location. Paid directly to the sheriff's office or a private server.

If you win or collect, these costs are usually recoverable from the other side on top of what you're owed.

Why a flat fee makes sense

vs. Lawyers

Lawyers charge $200–$500/hour and often take 33% of your winnings. We charge one flat fee and you keep everything.

vs. DIY

Filing or enforcing incorrectly costs time and money — one rejected form means starting over. We get the paperwork right the first time.

vs. Giving Up

Walking away means losing the full amount you're owed. A flat fee is a small investment to recover thousands.
